1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pklauk platform — including the website at https://pklauk.app, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered through it — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pklauk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing pklauk on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. pklauk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of pklauk is restricted to individuals who:

• Are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• Are not currently self-excluded from pklauk or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Have not previously had a pklauk account terminated for breach of these Terms.

pklauk takes age verification seriously. At any point, pklauk may request that you provide documentary proof of age and identity, including but not limited to a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held in the account pending investigation.

pklauk operates a strict policy of zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any applicable administrative costs.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of pklauk services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify pklauk promptly of any changes to your registered details. pklauk is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pklauk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pklauk will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pklauk support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on pklauk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). pklauk does not support multi-currency accounts and will not be responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate losses incurred by players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh.

The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your pklauk balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pklauk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any linked bank.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified with valid identity and age documentation prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible;
• Any active bonus balance or funds subject to a wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• pklauk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where suspicious account activity has been flagged;
• pklauk does not accept or process payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

pklauk targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 5 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one Bangladesh Standard Time business day. These are target times only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Delays caused by payment network outages, national holidays, or security review processes fall outside pklauk's direct control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pklauk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pklauk promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window, failing which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will expire;
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward wagering requirements — contributions per game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms;
• pklauk reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted and acted upon a specific offer;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as bonus washing), or exploiting a technical error that results in erroneous bonus credits — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Sports Betting

All casino games available on pklauk — including live dealer games supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and all other third-party titles — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio. pklauk presents these games as an operator and is not the game developer. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the records held by the game studio's servers shall be considered conclusive, subject to pklauk's dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), ice hockey, football, and kabaddi:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of market publication, subject to change prior to the event commencing;
• In-play odds are subject to continuous change and may be suspended at any time;
• pklauk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, or where the odds were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault;
• Settlement of all sports betting markets follows standard industry rules for the relevant sport, which are published on the pklauk platform;
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or ruled invalid by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, IIHF, etc.), pklauk will settle bets in accordance with its market-specific rules as published at the time the market was opened.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklauk and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a pklauk account;
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after a legitimate transaction has been processed on pklauk;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of a software glitch, pricing error, or technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions;
• Money laundering: Using pklauk as a mechanism to process, obscure, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities;
• Underage access: Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

pklauk employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Any account flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending a manual review. pklauk will endeavour to complete such reviews promptly and will communicate with the affected account holder through their registered contact details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pklauk platform — including but not limited to the pklauk brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pklauk or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pklauk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pklauk platform without express written permission from pklauk.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

pklauk collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and the provision of gaming services. The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pklauk Privacy Policy, which is available at pklauk.app/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a pklauk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pklauk, subject to applicable legal requirements and pklauk's obligations under anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, a game outcome is erroneous, a bonus has not been applied correctly, or any other aspect of your pklauk account has been handled in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, you should in the first instance contact the pklauk support team at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link). Please include your registered account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round reference numbers.

pklauk targets an initial response to all dispute submissions within 24 hours of receipt, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time. Where a dispute requires detailed investigation, pklauk will provide a substantive response within 7 calendar days. During the investigation period, the relevant funds or game outcome may be held pending resolution.

pklauk's decision on any dispute shall be considered final and binding once communicated in writing to the account holder. pklauk does not currently operate a third-party dispute resolution escalation process; all disputes are handled internally by the pklauk compliance team.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklauk's total liability to you in connection with any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your verified pklauk account at the time the claim arises.

pklauk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pklauk platform, even if pklauk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pklauk does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pklauk will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but is not responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your pklauk account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

pklauk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to pklauk or other platform users. In such cases, pklauk will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pklauk's operating jurisdiction. By using pklauk, you agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of the platform shall be conducted in the language and jurisdiction determined by pklauk, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for that purpose.

Players accessing pklauk from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. pklauk makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
